I've always been fascinated with technology and how to use it and the advancements that have been taking place in the last few years. Apple has changed the way we see most technology and has made it easier for us to share information and entertain ourselves with out anyone even being around. Technology and media go together in todays world and I see that being more apparent specifically with sports. On ESPN they show daily tweets of some celebrities and there views and many things when many years ago a personal quote was only able to be found in a news article or from a interview. Now they are able to directly extract information from athletes personals accounts and right stories on based on them.
A great example recently is looking at Lebron James and his tweet while watching the University of Maryland football game vs Miami on September 5, 2011 which was later shown on ESPN and discussed further nationally.
What sport do you play here at Maryland? And what do you plan to go to graduate school for? I also agree that Apple has made technology a lot easier to navigate. I also thought that the tweet from Lebron James about the football team was so cool that it was discussed all over ESPN!
